1. Steamed Tilapia with Soy & Ginger
Key Ingredients: Fresh red tilapia, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, spring onion, sesame oil
Method: Steam tilapia with ginger & garlic, drizzle with hot oil & soy sauce, garnish with spring onion.
Best Paired With: Stir-fried oyster mushrooms and fresh lettuce salad.
2. Vegetable & Mushroom Egg Frittata
Key Ingredients: Eggs, oyster mushrooms, local veggies, cheese (optional)
Method: Sauté mushrooms & veggies, pour beaten eggs, cook gently, finish in oven if desired.
Best Paired With: Fresh side salad of lettuce with lemon vinaigrette.
3. Red Tilapia & Veggie Soup
Key Ingredients: Tilapia fillet, local veggies, oyster mushrooms, ginger, garlic, light chicken broth
