We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please review our return and refund policy below:

Application for the Return of an Item

1. Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

- The Item has not been received by Buyer.
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery.
- Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer.

2. How am I able to request for a Return / Refund / Replacement?

- Notify us that an exchange is needed within [*3 working days] from the date of receiving your goods by email or contact us with your FULL ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER, ORDER NUMBER together with the REASON OF THE RETURN.


- Must receive a confirmation from Urban Farmer BEFORE return goods.
We reserve the right to reject request if we conclude goods sent is in good condition.


- All goods must be returned in an unopened as well as in its original sellable condition with its original packaging.


- A one to one exchange will be processed upon the receipt of your package.


- Goods purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
We are only able to waive the shipping charges if the return is due to our oversight.


Refunds will be provided if any product ordered is out of stock. A notification of refund will send via email or phone.
