What is the Gut Health Box?

The Gut Health Box is a monthly subscription featuring carefully curated, gut-friendly foods designed to support digestion and overall gut health. Each box includes a mix of high-fiber, prebiotic, polyphenol-rich, and fermented foods, thoughtfully selected and co-founder approved. The products in this box are pesticide-free and grown from trusted farmers

What happens after I purchase the Gut Health Box?

After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Shortly after, we’ll send you a link to complete your Dietary Preference Form so we can personalize your box.

Once your details are submitted, your Gut Health Box will be prepared according to your needs. You’ll receive a delivery or pickup confirmation email one week before your scheduled delivery, and your box will be shipped monthly starting the following month.

How is my box personalized?

Your box is personalized based on the information you provide in the Dietary Preference Form.  

The form includes four categories: High-Fiber Foods, Prebiotic Foods, Polyphenol-Rich Foods, and Fermented Foods. Once completed and submitted, your responses will be reviewed so we can carefully tailor each box to your individual needs and preferences.

*If the survey is not submitted, we will proceed on the basis that there are no specific preferences.

Can I change my dietary requirements later?

Yes. If you need to update your dietary requirements, please contact our support team first.

Once approved, we’ll send you a link to resubmit the Dietary Preference Form.

To apply changes to an upcoming box, requests must be made at least 1 week before your scheduled delivery. Requests received after this period will be applied to the next month’s box.

When will my first box arrive?

Your first Gut Health Box will be delivered one month after your subscription purchase, following completion of your dietary form. You’ll receive a confirmation email one week before delivery.

Can I exclude foods or allergens?

Yes. You can let us know about any foods, ingredients, or dietary restrictions through the Dietary Preference Form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs when preparing your box.

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Yes. We offer both home delivery and self pickup. You can choose your preferred option by completing the Delivery & Pickup Preference Form.

Delivery (additional charges applied): 

For customers within the vicinity, the "Ship "option is provided using Grab delivery. Our staff may contact you for further information to confirm. Please respond to the delivery notification email sent to you a week prior. 

**Delivery Coverage: We currently offer delivery within a 16 km radius from our location.

Shipping Rates
Grab delivery: For Grab delivery, the fee and the vehicle type is according to the Grab delivery services and fee rate itself considering the weight and the type of the items with the minimum and base fare of RM7. As the customer confirmed and agreed to use Grab delivery services, the customers should be familiar with and informed of the Grab Terms & Policy. The link provided here should direct you to the Grab website for clear and relevant information such as what items can or cannot be delivered by Grab (https://www.grab.com/my/express/).

Can I reschedule my delivery or pickup?

Yes. Customers may reschedule their upcoming Gut-Health Box up to 3 days before the scheduled date through their account or by contacting customer support. Requests made within 3 days of the fulfilment date, or after the shipment has been processed, cannot be rescheduled.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

At this time, we do not offer cancellation or pause options for Gut Health Box subscriptions once an order has been processed.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not in good condition, please contact our support team within the specified timeframe. We’ll review the issue and assist with a refund or replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
