Our Fresh Farmer Box features produce grown with care by 10 dedicated local farmers from Keningau, supported under the APPGM-SDG grant initiative.

Order Descriptions

Organic vegetables fresh from the farm will be delivered every 3rd week of the month on Thursday or Friday.

RM50/BOX/3KG, Suitable for a household of 2-3 people.

You may indicate your preferred vegetable types in the "Order special instructions" box at your cart 🛒 page. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on seasonal availability.

Packaging Information
➢ All produce is packed in a recyclable cardboard box to reduce plastic usage and support our sustainability goals. We encourage customers to reuse or recycle the box after unpacking.
➢ Whenever possible, vegetables are wrapped using minimal or biodegradable packaging to keep them fresh while caring for the environment.

Our community fresh produces are expected to be available starting Mid December 2025. This once-monthly subscription box will support our farmers in improving their livelihoods while contributing to the resilient food security of Sabah.

Order & Delivery Process

Our delivery is every 3rd week of the month on Thursday or Friday.

Please place your order during the first two weeks of the month.

1. Customer searches the Fresh Farmer Box subscriptions on our website.
2. Customer places an order or subscribes to the Fresh Farmer Box.
3. Payment made will be via eGHL.
4. Warehouse receives orders, and items will be processed and packed to be ready for pickup or deliver to the customer.
5. Customer order fulfilled.

Pickup: Customers can pick up their orders at the Urban Homefarming office. Please select "Pickup" during checkout and indicate your preferred time and date for the pick-up process.

Self-Pickup Hours: Available from 10:00 AM onward on Thursday/Friday (Please note: No pickups or deliveries on Mondays due to internal operations and public holiday adjustments.)

Ship: For customers within the vicinity, the "Ship "option is provided using Grab delivery. The delivery fee may vary from the calculated checkout amount. The staff may contact you for further information and to confirm the process.

Delivery Coverage: We currently offer delivery within a 16 km radius from our location.

Return & Refund Policy

• Return issues must be reported on the same day the items are received.
• Send us proof (photo/video) and order details via our support/WhatsApp at 017-5750238 
• Once approved, refunds will be credited to your in-app wallet with the equivalent value of the returned goods.
• Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Items that are used, repacked, or reported late will not be eligible for return.
